I did not receive my Confirmation Email

Please try the following:

  1. Check your spam or junk folder and any tabs in your inbox to see if your Confirmation Email was inadvertently sent to one of those folders.
  2. If you have your Itinerary ID, you can log into your Always account, go to Always Travel, in the upper right-hand corner, click on the “My Bookings” link and
  • Enter your itinerary ID.
  • Enter the last name on the hotel booking reservation.
  • You'll also have the ability here to resend your hotel booking confirmation email to the email address you provided at purchase or to a totally different email.

Note: When booking your hotel room, always verify your email address you entered during the purchase process. This is the email address we will send your hotel booking confirmation email to.

I want to change or cancel my reservation.

Please call Travel Support, +1 (800) 254-7780. This number can also be found in the confirmation email you received when you booked your hotel. In addition, you can see the hotel provider's cancellation policy, in this same email, regarding refunds of a reservation and/or any cancellation fees that may apply. The policies are clearly detailed and are closely followed because of our contractual arrangements. For some cancellations, a non-refundable 35.00 USD per room reservation service recovery fee may apply and will be stated in the cancellation policy of your hotel booking.

How do I get my hotel refund after I've canceled my reservation?

Your refund will be the total amount paid, less any cancellation fees per the hotel's cancellation policy that can be found in your reservation confirmation email.

The funds will be refunded to your card that was used to purchase within 3-7 business days.

What card do I need to purchase with to get discounted rates?

You may use any of your credit or debit cards to get discounted rates on eligible travel bookings.

What is this charge on my credit card?

You used a traditional debit or credit card when you purchased and charged the full amount up front for your hotel reservation. You will see this charge as Travel Accommodations on your bank statement.



Car Rental Support

2. If you have your Itinerary ID, you can go to your Travel site, in the upper right-hand corner, click on the “My Bookings” link and

  • Enter your itinerary ID.
  • Enter the last name on the car booking reservation.
  • You'll also have the ability here to resend your car booking confirmation email to the email address you provided at purchase or to a totally different email.

Note: When booking your car rental, always verify the email address you entered during the purchase process. This is the email address we will send your car booking confirmation email.

I need help with my car rental

Reference your confirmation email. This will have information regarding your car rental booking. You will find the Car Rental company’s support number and they will assist you with any questions, or issues you have AFTER you’ve picked up your car rental.

If you need to modify your Car Rental booking (change the date of pick-up/drop-off, change the car type, etc.), you will need to cancel your existing rental using the Cancel Car Reservation link in the footer section of your confirmation email and re-book the reservation using your travel site to ensure you receive your rewards for your reservation.

Another way to find your Itinerary information is to go to the homepage of your travel site and in the upper right-hand corner, tap on the menu drop-down and select the “My Bookings” link.

This will take you to the Find Itinerary by Itinerary ID page, enter your Itinerary ID and the last name that is on the reservation and the result will provide you with your car rental information, as well as, the phone number for the car rental company for any car rental questions AFTER you’ve picked up the car rental.

How will I get my refund after I cancel my car rental booking?

Your booking is prepaid. Your refund will be processed to the card used for payment, when applicable. Cancellations are allowed if received earlier than 48 hours before pickup. A refund is automatic after the cancellation minus the $10.00 USD non-refundable cancellation fee that will apply. No-shows will not be refunded. Please review your cancellation policy in your Confirmation Email for more details.

Summary of Cancellation Policy:

  • Any reservation that is canceled 48 hours or more prior to the pick-up time in the destination city will be charged a nominal $10.00 cancellation fee. 
  • For your convenience, a “Cancel Reservation” link is available in the footer of your car rental confirmation email and/or your online itinerary. These links are the fastest and most convenient way to cancel your car rental reservation.  
  • Only applicable if canceling outside of the 48-hour pickup timeframe.
  • Reservations within 48 hours of pickup in the destination city are non-cancellable and considered no-shows. This will result in the FULL amount of the rental being charged. No Exceptions. By clicking on the "BOOK" button, you agree to the applicable cancellation policies.
  • When applicable, refunds for cancellations will be processed automatically after the cancellation and will be credited to the payment card used for the original booking. It may take up to 3 days for the credit to appear on your card based on the above policies.
