Cyrille settled down at Plonvez-Porsay in 2012 after having purchased Manoir de Mollien The Originals Relais from its previous owners themselves hotel and restaurant operators. For the young Parisian - a building contractor - it s the start of a new life in Brittany filled with encounters and exchanges. In order to give the 17th century building a new lease on life he starts by renovating the 18 rooms adding modernity without taking away from their original character. He then broadens his offering to include seminars and the rental of rooms for events. Finally he makes a point of always serving a quality and flavourful cuisine in his restaurant.
